Bayshore Little League Fall Registration Is Open
The 2019 Fall registration for Bayshore Little League “Fall Ball” is now open. If your son or daughter is interested in playing America’s great past time then now is the opportunity to register. Sometimes it takes a good kick in the rear to get you motivated. This month’s book CAN’T HURT ME – Master Your Mind and Defy the Odds will really get the job done. The author David Goggins is a Navy Seal, who intertwines his life challenges and difficulties with concrete steps to motivate and move you forwards in what life pursuits YOU have.
From growing up in a broken home, to pushing through physical pain as a Navy Seal and Ultra Endurance Athlete, his stories give the reader perspective on what it takes to overcome both mental and physical barriers we ourselves may have in front of us.
This book is not for the faint of heart and at times it might feel like Goggins is barking orders directly at you, however in the end the suggestion you can take away will help give you a solid foundation for moving forward in your life

This month the real estate market on Davis Islands remained on trend from last month with very strong numbers. Homes going under contract were 6 and new homes coming to market were 12. 9 homes closed with 29 available for sale.
The lowest priced home currently for sale came in at $359,500
The highest priced home currently for sale came in at $3,000,000
The lowest priced home that sold closed at $461,500
The highest priced home sold at $3,750,000
The Original List Price to Sales Price Ratio is 95.6 % 2019 vs 98% in 2018
The Average Days on Market for active properties is 44
In summary: Homes coming to market and going under contract continue to stay relatively balanced, thus total homes on market has stayed consistently in the low 30’s. Prices have been firm overall, however overpricing of properties in certain levels has made days on market extend.
