About GARY BROWN
Gary brings a wealth of knowledge in the new home construction and Tampa real estate market.
With a background in Architecture and Construction Engineering Gary has been serving clients for over four decades. His deep expertise as a custom home builder gives him the unique perspective and experience to guide his clients through the entire real estate transaction and provides them the added assurance of making informed decisions.
Gary made is mark early on as a senior manager of development, construction and sales for major planned communities throughout the State of Florida, with involvement in for 1,500 homes. In 1998 he founded Sterling Bay Homes a full-service custom homebuilder with emphasis on design and build around South Tampa. By building in the same neighborhoods in which he resides, he has developed a discerning perspective of the many different types of homes and neighborhoods around Tampa.
Gary and his family have been in Tampa Bay since 1977 and he obtained his Florida State Certified General Contractors license in 1981 with his Florida Real Estate license since 1991.
