Roy Jenkins Pool Opens for Summer!

Next Davis Islands Civic Board Meeting
The next meeting of the DI Civic Association will be held Tuesday June 7th at the Sandra Freedman Tennis Complex, starting at 7pm.

1) Interest rates to increase, which reduces buyer purchasing power.
2) Homes staying on the market longer then in the past.
3) More downward seller price adjustments have occurred.
4) Flood maps in Hillsborough County in the process of updating.
