Roy Jenkins Pool Opens for Summer!

The Roy Jenkins pool opened Memorial Day weekend to a splash and the summer hours have been set. Download the summer schedule here. Also, if you are interested in seeing the pool open year round join the Civic Association committee working on this effort. Email president@dicivic.org

We are continually asked how the real estate market is on Davis Islands. I just wanted to give you an overall perspective. We have seen a fantastic real estate market run over the last 6 years. This being said there are conditions occurring which may begin to slow things down. Here are a few…

1) Interest rates to increase, which reduces buyer purchasing power.
2) Homes staying on the market longer then in the past.
3) More downward seller price adjustments have occurred.
4) Flood maps in Hillsborough County in the process of updating.
